I purchased a 2017 encore in Jan 2025 , I specifically asked the salesman to put new tires on it. When i picked it up he said he did. Today i had to replace a flat tire and discovered the original tires were still on it. Manufactured in 2016. ..2 weeks before Christmas, I had to spend the money i saved up for gifts. After inspection..All 4 tires need to be replaced, Now the salesman said he said no such thing. All the tires are cracked and worn out. ** Be mindful of your car purchase. Check and recheck before you drive away.**

I wish to thank first my sales lady, i use lady as she is the epitome, Jan. It started with a phone call. After a few rearranged meetings we finally got together. I told her what i was looking at from other dealers, you know shopping around, and she brought out a 2024 Acadia Elevation edition. I sat in it and I fell in love with it. This SUV is the best vehicle I have ever bcv owned. Jan walked me through every single step of the way. I also want to extend an extra special thank you to Jenn who did the financial side of things.
